Tom Wright's foreword probably accounts for the first 500 or so pages...

Michael - I think Campbell's reading are spot on ...

Ben - it's Douglas over 10 years, so yeah, I think it really is 1376 pages! It will be worth it.

Terry - I'm really interested in what Tom has to say.
