[Francis Watson is now Professor of New Testament at Durham (2007-)]
Francis Watson, Kirby Laing Professor of New Testament Exegesis, Aberdeen (1999-2007) has (for a while) made available some of the papers he's given over the last few years. Watson, prior to coming to Aberdeen was at King's College London (1984-1999) is a New Testament scholar, who has also worked in the fields of Old Testament, systematic theology and Christian ethics.

I've just read on durham theology website. He's coming as new research professor. I guess he had been at aberdeen 8 years, but that is a surprise

In fact, the three top NT scholars at Aberdeen are leaving - Watson, Simon Gathercole, and Pete Williams. Just FYI.

Druham is the place to be for sure. Watson gave a paper at durham recently concerning Paul’s dependence upon Isaiah 53 (a taste of SBL), but he won't be moving down to Durham until next summer. http://dunelm.wordpress.com/2007/10/22/nt-seminar-francis-watson/
