Hi Andy
The last I heard, the NTW Paul volume will be 2 volumes + accompanying volume of collected essays.

Terry

Any info on why the Gunton systematics book doesn't seem to be coming out any more?

Andy Goodliff

Sean, yes I've heard the same.

Terry, I heard from another source that it is unlikely this will appear - problems between editors ... don't know how or why it appear on amazon.
